Align Two Sequences
Workflow Walkthrough
- Navigate to the Align Two Sequences tool in the Form Bio Toolbox.
- Select whether your sequences are in files or are text.
- Select whether you are looking to align globally or locally.
- Upload the two query sequences using the file explorer.
- Take a moment to review inputs and parameters. When satisfied, click Submit to start your workflow analysis.
Results Walkthrough
- After submitting, a new tab will open while your workflow analysis is performed. You can leave this tab open, or exit the tab and view workflow results later.
- After selecting your workflow run, you will see a summary of the alignment as a text file, with the option to download this file. You can choose to download the input, output, or both.
