Overall score is computed by assigning a weight to each of the below quick insights and in silico assay results generated for a given vector

• Sequence length
• ITR length
• GC content
• CpG islands
• ITR length (%diff)
• AUC (%partials)
• Manufacturability Rank

The weights should be assigned in such a way that the total number adds to 1. This provides an overall score that helps to rank the generated vectors based on the priority provided to each of these insights. For example, if the main characteristics you are looking for in your vectors of interest is that it is ~4800 bp, has few CpG islands, and it is manufacturable (i.e. AUC partials should be low) with a lower MISA score, then the weights would be applied to ITR length (%diff), CpG, FISA and MISA (0.25 each). The set of vectors will be ranked according to these criteria.
