Download Workflow Results

From the Workflow results Files tab you can select folders or files and click “Download”

💡

Please note there is currently a total 1GB file size limit for downloading the contents of a directory, if the file size is large please download files individually or select a smaller subset

Download Subset of Workflow Results

Sometimes the total size of the Workflow results is too large to download as a single ZIP file (current limitation is total size > 1GB).

To alleviate that you can download a subset of your Workflow results by selecting your results, then clicking View in File Manager. From the File Manager you’ll be able to select a subset of the files/directories to download (e.g. if you wanted to just download the CRISPRessoBatch.* files)

Then you can extract the contents (NOTE: you may have to open and extract any subfolders too)
